Safe Haven Education was founded by Deniz Erdem to address something she kept encountering: organisations with good intentions and processes that were actively making things worse.
Standard HR frameworks were not designed for coercive control. Applying them anyway- however carefully- can increase risk to the victim, obscure what is actually happening and leave the organisation exposed.
