Domestic abuse is not one form of harm. It can be psychological, economic, physical or sexual. It can involve stalking, technology, post-separation abuse, harm involving children, and patterns of coercion and control that are difficult to recognise, articulate or evidence.

Who's behind this

Led by Deniz Erdem

Deniz is a Qualified Domestic Abuse Practitioner, an Employers' Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA) Recommended Trainer, and a former senior commercial leader with 15 years of experience.

She combines practitioner qualification, lived experience, specialist study and commercial understanding. Deniz translates that knowledge into training, policy, governance frameworks, thought leadership and tools that help organisations recognise abuse, respond safely and manage risk.
