Training

Domestic abuse & coercive control training

Workplace domestic abuse training and coercive control workshops for HR, Employee Relations, safeguarding leads and frontline professionals, built to help teams recognise patterns of harm and respond safely.

Beyond awareness

Training is where we start, not where we stop

Awareness training gives your team the language to recognise coercive control. On its own, it doesn't give HR a policy to act on, or give your organisation a documented process for when a disclosure actually happens. Our training sits alongside SafePolicy™ and, for organisations that need it, a Policy Readiness Assessment or Workplace Response Programme, so the training connects to something your team can actually use.

Who this is for

Built for the people who see it first

Employers, HR teams and Employee Relations professionals are often the first to notice something is wrong: a change in behaviour, a pattern of absences, a colleague who seems different. Our training gives them the language, confidence and process to respond safely.

What to expect

A purchasable service, not just a topic

  • Duration: most sessions run 90 minutes; deeper workshops run half a day
  • Format: delivered live, either online or in person
  • Audience size: typically up to 15 people per session, kept small enough for real discussion, not a lecture
  • Tailoring: content is adapted to your sector and team via a short scoping conversation beforehand, not a generic deck
  • Before the session: a brief scoping call to understand your team, sector and what's actually prompting the training
  • Materials: attendees receive reference materials to keep and use after the session ends
  • After the session: can be bundled with a SafePolicy™ rollout, or followed up with a Policy Readiness Assessment if gaps come up
  • Pricing: priced according to session type, audience size and depth of tailoring; every engagement starts with a short scoping call, not a fixed price list
